Bench Press (Into Foam/ or Pillow 3 x 5 Bar Only)
Outlaw Wide Bench Press (1 x 6 +5-10lbs from Last week)
JM Press (3 x 4 Choose Weight)
Similar to a Skull Crusher. Elbows are lower and bar travels towards face. Once close to the face, press away. This is heavily a tricep press.
Roll Backs (3 x 6 Choose Weight)
Like tricep extensions….elbows to the floor, dumbell to the floor, tricep extension.
