- I started at the Cell gym in decent shape after losing about 30 pounds but wasn’t sure where to go from there. From a cardio perspective I was strong but had a difficult time putting on muscle (or didn’t know how). With the programing from Ammon and Jessica I have been able to gain muscle and continue to increase my maxes on all the major lifts monthly. Working out has become fun again and belonging to the Cell has been a large part of that.
