  • I’ve been doing Cross Fit for over 2 years, I enjoy learning the lifts and other specific motions associated with the Cross Fit work outs. Since starting Cross Fit, I’ve been able to increase my strength and lifts, however, I found I haven’t been able to burn as much fat or keep my heart rate in a zone that allows for fat burning through a work out. Since XCELLerate was introduced, I’ve been burning more calories and started to “accelerate” my weight loss goals. My endurance level has improved and immediately following a workout I can see the number of calories burned as well as the percentage of my work out that was in the “target zone”. Derek W.
