- I had my mock pt test this morning...I got max points for my waist, sit ups and ran my 1.5 mi in 14:23 (that's fast for me). Total that's a 92 (out of 100) on my PT test-best score since ever (I think it was like an 89 at BMT). So, thank you for helping me get my butt into shape-I couldn't have done this without The Cell CrossFit.
