- I love The Cell. I love CrossFit. It’s changed my life in ways I never thought possible!
Is it intimidating at first? Sure. Anything is the first time you try it. All I ask is that
you just give it a try. You’ll immediately feel at ease and, most certainly, welcome.
Trust me. The Cell is a great place to develop your best self. Our gym family is the
greatest!
Coach Jessica introduced me to CrossFit almost 2 years ago and I’ve been hooked
ever since. She is a pheNOMenal coach. She is a great example to both men and
women athletes (but especially the women). Her expectations are high and she’s
tough but that’s what I love most about her. She brings out the beast (yes, I mean
beast) in everyone!
Pullups? Double Unders? Handstand Pushups? ACTUAL Muscles? Say what? Me?
Yep, I’ve got some! Am I bulky? N-O. After 10+ years of a ‘globo’ gym membership I
never once developed, physically, in the ways I have since investing my time and
resources at The Cell. My fitness level has skyrocketed (skyrocketed!) & I LOVE how
strong I’ve become (progress is A-mazing!). Not only has my physical strength
improved so has my mental strength. I was never a confident girl and through
CrossFit I’ve developed a level of confidence I never thought possible. It’s this
newfound confidence that has helped me coach Girls on the Run (a national youth
development program) at my daughter’s school. 2 years ago I would NOT have had
the courage.
Ammon is a wealth of knowledge. His programming is brilliant. He KNOWS
what he’s doing and KNOWS his athletes probably better than they know
themselves! He knows just the right amount of encouragement and what type of
encouragement that works for each athlete. He is a class act through and through.
He leads by example not only in the gym but also in life. He inspires me not only to
be the best athlete I can be but also to be a better human being. He’s gifted at what
he does and for that I’m grateful. Nikki S.
