:20 Static or Rocking Hollow Hold
10e Reverse Lunges (optional to add a little load with DBs or Plate)
3-5 Pull-Ups or Chin-Ups with a :02 hold at the top

“Deadlift ladder-ish”
Take your one rep max and then every minute complete one deadlift at the following weights.
Men: -90#, -80, -70, -60, -50, -40, -30, -20, -10, 1 rep max
Women: -45, -40, -35, -30, -25, -20, -15, -10, -5, 1 rep max
*partner up to help switch out plates and cheer eachother on.
We will run theough this twice.
