Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2. 40:00 time cap
20 Rounds for Time:
10 Clusters
10 Burpees
300M Run
Partner A completes Clusters
Partner B completes Burpees
Partner A runs
etc.
Each time a run is finished a round is completed.
