In Teams of 2 complete Relay Style
2 Rounds for time:
Fire hose drag to the second light pole pull back in to a pile then pull back to patio and pull into pile
40 KB Swings 55/35
30 Box Jumps 24/20″
20 alternating pistol squats
10 Burpees
Cash out 400M Run as a team
Clock stops after 400M
Team member 1 completes the hose drag back and forth, then member 2 goes
when member two finishes the hose drag member 1 does 40 KB swings then rest while member 2 does their 40 KB swings
so on and so forth.
