Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)
5 Rounds for Reps
Max Reps Floor Bench Press 115/45#
Max reps 1 arm dumbbell curls 20/10# (alternating arms) *if I do 20 on each arm my rep count is 20
1 min rest between sets of bench.
