In teams of two complete the following for time with a barbell 115/65#
1K Row
100 Push-ups
50 Backsquats
100 sit-ups
50 pull-ups
200M Team Run (barbell)
25 Hang Power Cleans
The barbell may never touch the ground. If it does you must add 5# to your bar.
If you have a guy/girl team each time the guy is holding or using the bar you will add additional weight to make the bar 115#
