Outlaw Wide Bench Press (1 x 3 Increase +5-10lbs from last week)
Temple Ballistic Bench (2 x 3 Choose Weight)
3 second count down….stop 1 inch above chest…hold for 1 second….explode up
Close Grip Bench Press (2 x 3 Choose Weight)
Laying Tricep Extensions (2 x 3 Choose Weight)
Bent Over Row (4 x 3 Choose Weight)
Roll Backs (2 x 10 Choose Weight)
Like tricep extensions….elbows to the floor, dumbell to the floor, tricep extension.
