20sec Elbow to ankle

10 PVC Pull-overs

10 Sit-ups
1 min couch stretch each side
Metcon
Metcon (Distance)
30 min jog, stopping every minute on the minute to do 5 air squats
At the 15 min mark, stop every minute to do 3 pushups.
Score is how far you got in the run.
