In teams of 3 rotate through 7 stations to complete 1776 reps. Each station will be 2 min of max movements with 1 min rest/transition.
Stations are:
wallballs 20/14
pushups
air squats
BB Push Press 65/45
Kettlebell swings 55/35
Row (calories)
walking lunges (one is one)
