*cannot put the weight down until 7 reps is over. Increase rate each round
*1 round=7 reps of each movement done in order as written above.
*rest as long as needed in-between each round.

1 round=7 reps of the above movements, RX is unbroken not putting the bar down to rest. Rest as long as you need in-between each set.
